Char Dham Yatra Route
Day 1: Rishikesh/Haridwar/Dehradun – Barkot (210-250 Kms) - In the morning drive to Barkot Via Dehradun and Mussorie.
Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri- Barkot (45 Kms & 5Kms Trek) Each side. Early morning Drive for 45 Km Upto Janki Chatti. Janki Chatti to Yamunotri 5 Kms. Same day back to Barkot. Stay at Hotel in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi (85Kms) - In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and Depart for Uttarkashi. On route visit Prakeshwar Mahadev. Upon arrival at Uttarkashi, Check in at the hotel, at evening, visit the famous temple of Kashi–Viswnath. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Uttarkashi- Gangotri- Uttarkashi (100 Kms) Each side - Early morning drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the River sacred The Ganges, It’s also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the temple. Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 Kms) - In the morning after early breakfast depart for Guptkashi. Upon arrival at Guptkashi Check in at the hotel, Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Guptkashi – GouriKund- Kedarnath (32 Kms & 17 Kms trek) - Early morning check out from the hotel and Depart for Gouri Kund. From where 17 Km Trek Start. Either by walk or by horse or by Doli. On arrival at Kedarnath, check-in into the Tent developed by Government. Yatris staying at kedarnath are provided Tented Accomodation & Food by Govt on DIRECT PAY BASIS ). In the evening visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take a part in evening Aarti. Overnight stay at the Kedarnath.
Day 7: Kedarnath - Rudraprayag (17Kms Down Trek & 80 kms by Road) - Early morning, after Temple Darshan trek down to Gaurikund. Later, drive to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi. Check in Hotel at the Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Rudraprayag - Badrinath (170kms) - Morning after breakfast drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.On arrival Check in to the Hotel. at the short break go for interesting sight seeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight stay at the Badrinath.
Day 9: Badrinath – Srinagar (190 kms) - Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Later drive back to Srinagar. Stay in Srinagar.
Day 10: Srinagar - Rishikesh / Haridwar / Dehradun(100 -150 kms) - Morning after breakfast drive to Rishikesh.
